We are a group of Singapore Chinese Chess(Singapore Xiangqi) Enthusiasts who come together to form a chinese chess xiangqi club(金声象棋队） to interact and play chinese chess together as well as take part in external Singapore chinese chess xiangqi competitions.
Our new Club is formed in 2011 by Zhang Shunxi.
Previously it is called Queenstown Chinese Chess Club.
In 2019,we moved to Kimseng Community Club to establish our Club again.
We renamed our Club to Kimseng Chinese Chess Club or 金声象棋队.
For the past 10 years,we have participated in numerous Singapore Competitions like Ya Bo Cup(象棋雅博杯）,Qi You Bei Cup(棋友杯）,ZhongXiangAssociation Chinese Chess Cup(宗乡会馆象棋杯),FuGui Cup(象棋富贵杯),Chua Chu Kang Cup(象棋蔡厝港杯).
Our best result in Singapore Xiangqi Competitions is Champion in Ya Bo Cup(2014) and 2 times Champions in Qi You Bei Cup(2022,23).
Currently,we have many rated players in our club(甲级 and 乙级).
We have also recruited many young talented players to our team.
Quite a few of our individual players represent Singapore in International Competitions and achieved good results.
